Miller & Carter - Lancing is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You will train and inspire chefs, drive targets with your team, and manage food ordering, prep and stock, while upholding branded menu standards and hygiene rules. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and developing chefs.
• Ability to train and develop staff to deliver quality food.
• Experience with food ordering and stock control processes.
• Knowledge of branded menus and consistency across dishes.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and hygiene standards.
