Qualifications

• Experience of working within a kitchen and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all components of the dish are of correct specification and high quality.
• Sign off all relevant paperwork and ensure accurate database input.
• Keep team updated with new products and communicate targets effectively.
• Train all team members in their roles including health and safety.
• Organise team's workload and liaise with other departments.
• Update Head Chef on team progress and concerns.
• Develop good relations through fair and consistent leadership.
