Kew Green Hotels in Portsmouth is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help keep the kitchen running smoothly and support the team to deliver great dining experiences. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will help with cleaning, stock, and basic food preparation during busy periods.

You will have access to the Chef Development Programme and Chef Academy to develop skills and progress to a chef role if you wish. You thrive in a fast-paced team and are committed to health and hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support kitchen team to deliver a positive dining experience for guests.
• Ensure crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are cleaned to standard.
• Assist with basic food preparation during busy service periods.
• Collect ingredients, equipment or materials as needed for chefs.
• Receive deliveries and store items safely and organised.
• Maintain storage areas for easy access.
