Job summary

atis is seeking an experienced Back of House Supervisor to lead a high-volume kitchen. You will own kitchen standards, team performance and food quality, driving continuous improvement and accountability across shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Run and organise kitchen operations across prep and service, maintaining high standards and minimizing waste.
• Lead and motivate your kitchen team, staying calm and decisive under pressure.
• Coach team members to improve technique and skills, identifying gaps.
• Ensure consistent food quality, freshness and presentation across shifts.
• Own food safety and hygiene standards and enforce compliance across the team.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house for coordinated service.
• Be the reliable go-to person, leading by example.
