atis is seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to elevate guest experiences and lead a high-energy team in Greater London. You’ll own shifts, coach staff, and drive service standards while upholding food safety and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
• Natural coach with ability to develop others.
• Excellent customer service and guest interaction at pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team through high-volume service, staying calm and decisive.
• Coach team members in the moment and provide constructive feedback.
• Own the shift standards, pace, guest experience and operational performance.
• Handle customer feedback and on-shift challenges with composure and good judgement.
• Communicate clearly with team and management.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and atis standards are upheld.
• Lead by example and support stock taking, stock control and ordering.
