Job summary

Magnet, the UK’s leading kitchen specialist, is seeking a showroom sales designer in Greenwich. You will convert enquiries into high-value sales, design kitchens balancing creativity with commercial value, and build strong customer relationships from start to finish.

Expect to manage your sales pipeline, conduct home visits, and identify upselling opportunities while delivering against targets and protecting margin.

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement design and showroom sales
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends

Job description

Greenwich Showroom
£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)
