Magnet’s Greenwich Showroom is seeking a sales-focused designer to convert enquiries into high-value kitchen sales. You’ll design kitchens balancing creativity with commercial value and manage customer relationships from initial contact to completion.

Drive sales targets with an emphasis on delivering excellent customer experiences. A full UK driving licence and weekend flexibility are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in home improvement design and showroom sales.
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on customer experience.

£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

• Have experience in home improvement design and showroom sales
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
