Job summary

Magnet in Cambourne is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from showroom to installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

You will convert showroom enquiries, design high-value kitchens, manage your pipeline, and conduct home visits to identify upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work weekends.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

Fixed-term contract of 18 months

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
