Job summary

Magnet is hiring for a showroom sales role in Esher. You will convert enquiries, design kitchens, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to delivery. The role emphasizes customer experience, targets, and margin protection. A full UK driving licence and weekend flexibility are required, with a structured path for training and advancement.

The position offers a base salary of £28,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £40,000+, plus benefits and a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Esher Showroom
£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £40,000+)

Please note this a fixed term contract of 12 months.

What you’ll be doing
