Job summary

Magnet Perth Showroom is hiring a Kitchen Sales Designer. You’ll own the full customer journey from showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

You’ll convert showroom enquiries, design kitchens balancing creativity and value, manage your pipeline, conduct home visits, and hit sales targets while protecting margin.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
