Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer in Wimbledon to own the full customer journey from initial showroom contact to installation. You will design tailored kitchens and deliver an outstanding customer experience, building trust and converting conversations into sales.

You’ll convert showroom enquiries, craft kitchen designs with a balance of creativity and business value, and manage pipelines and home visits to upsell where appropriate while meeting sales targets.

• Proven ability to close sales and influence decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £32,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
