Job summary

Magnet, a flagship Nobia showroom, is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer in Bexleyheath to own the customer journey from first showroom contact to final installation. You will create tailored kitchen designs and deliver an outstanding experience that builds trust and drives sales.

You’ll convert showroom enquiries, design high-value kitchens, manage pipelines, and conduct home visits to identify upsell opportunities, while meeting sales targets and protecting margins.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident closing of sales and ability to influence decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
