Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer in Trowbridge to own the full customer journey from showroom conversation to installation, delivering tailored kitchen designs and outstanding experiences that build trust and convert into sales.

You’ll be responsible for converting enquiries, designing kitchens with a balance of creativity and commercial value, and managing the sales process end-to-end to achieve targets and protect margin.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
