Job summary

Magnet in Coatbridge is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the customer journey from showroom conversation to installation, crafting tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and converts into sales.

You’ll drive the full sales cycle, manage leads, and deliver strong results with weekly targets. Training is provided, with great earning potential and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Proven ability to close sales and influence decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £33,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

What you’ll be doing

• Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales
• Design kitchens that balance creativity and commercial value
• Build strong customer relationships from start to finish
• Manage your pipeline and follow up leads
