Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer for its Bristol Cribbs Causeway Showroom. You will own the full customer journey from showroom discussion to installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while driving sales and an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll convert enquiries, design kitchens that balance creativity and value, and nurture relationships from first contact through installation, with uncapped commission and a clear career progression path.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £45,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
