Magnet in Chichester is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the showroom journey from first conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

You’ll convert showroom enquiries, design high-value kitchens balancing creativity and commercial value, manage your pipeline, conduct home visits, hit sales targets with uncapped commission, and benefit from extensive

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £32-37,000+)

12 month fixed term contract
