Magnet seeks a Kitchen Sales Designer at our Bristol Cribbs Causeway Showroom to own the customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, delivering tailored kitchen designs and an outstanding experience that builds trust and converts inquiries into sales.

£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £45,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
