Job summary

Magnet's Dundee Showroom is recruiting a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from initial showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and converts into sales.

You’ll convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales, design kitchens balancing creativity and commercial value, build strong relationships, manage your pipeline, and conduct home visits with upselling opportunities.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £40,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs

• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
