Job summary

Grantley Hall in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our five-star kitchen teams. You will assist in cleaning, dishwashing, basic food prep, maintaining hygiene, and keeping storerooms organized to the highest standards.

Carrying out basic cleaning tasks as fast as possibleCollecting and washing up pots and pansCleaning crockery & cutlery and ensuring food preparation sites are clean and readyEnsuring the storeroom remains organizedMaking sure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitizedCleaning dishes manually and by using the dishwasherSupporting in basic food preparationWashing pots, pans and any other kitchen equipment'sHold the kitchen work areas in accordance with HACCP regulationsResponsible for maintaining the hygiene of the main catering areas to enable the delivery of high standard catering services in adherence with all health & safety/food safety regulations and best practice
