Job summary

Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and back-of-house areas, handling washing of pots, pans, dishes, and glassware, and assisting with waste disposal and stock replenishment.

The ideal candidate has up to 2 years' experience in a busy venue, with reliability and flexibility to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Weekly pay and excellent staff benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitise all kitchen items in line with daily needs.
• Operate dishwashing equipment following safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and keep areas tidy throughout the shift.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety policies (UK HACCP).
• Support the kitchen team by replenishing stock and reporting low supplies.
