Job summary

Soho House & Co in Brighton is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support hygiene and smooth kitchen operations. You will clean and maintain kitchenware, assist with waste disposal, and help keep the back-of-house areas orderly.

The role focuses on adhering to safety policies, following SOPs, and supporting the kitchen team during peak service times. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy high-profile venues preferred (up to 2 years).
• Reliable, friendly, and a key part of a success-driven team.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitise all kitchen items (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware).
• Operate commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment per guidelines and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces and storage areas.
