Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant for Renato Lounge. You’ll keep a busy kitchen clean and organised, support chefs with prep, and help maintain high standards to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or hospitality is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and follow hygiene procedures.
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen and adapt to pace.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment, and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Stick to Lounge kitchen processes and equipment guides.
• Work as part of one team to help deliver a brilliant customer experience.
