Barranco Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to keep the kitchen clean, safe, and ready for service while supporting chefs with food prep.

We offer up to £12.71 per hour + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and a 50% discount on food and drinks from day one. This is a flexible, busy kitchen role with opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment, and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Stick to Lounge kitchen processes and equipment guides.
• Work as part of one team to help deliver a brilliant customer experience.
