Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant for Piloto Lounge. The role involves keeping the kitchen clean, supporting chefs, and ensuring service runs smoothly in a busy kitchen environment.

You’ll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-paced setting across our lounges in England and Wales. We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, a free meal on every shift, and a 50% food & drinks discount from day one.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment, and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Stick to Lounge kitchen processes and equipment guides.
