Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen's smooth operation by cleaning and maintaining kitchenware, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met. You will also manage waste disposal and keep back-of-house areas clean and tidy.

The role offers weekly pay, staff meals, and various benefits including health plans and staff discounts, with training to develop your skills and opportunities to participate in team events.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy hospitality venues is preferred.
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitise all kitchen items.
• Operate commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and keep areas tidy.
• Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety policies (HACCP).
• Replenish supplies and assist during peak service times.
