• Experience in busy, high-profile venues preferred.
• Able to follow cleaning methods and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitise all kitchen items.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment per SOPs.
• Maintain clean and organised kitchen workspaces.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and keep areas tidy.
• Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety policies (UK regs/HACCP).
• Replenish stock and assist during peak times.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and store equipment.
