Soho House Group is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and back-of-house areas in the United Kingdom. The role involves washing and maintaining kitchenware, waste disposal, and adherence to food hygiene and safety policies, including HACCP.

You will work with the kitchen team, ensuring supplies are replenished and that all cleaning duties are completed to support smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy, high-profile venues preferred.
• Reliable and friendly with a professional attitude.
• Flexible to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to follow safety and hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitise all kitchen items (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware).
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment per guidelines and safety SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces and storage areas.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and ensure bins are emptied.
• Comply with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies (HACCP).
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and SOPs.
