Auchrannie Resort in Brodick is opening Bay Café by Auchrannie and seeks a Kitchen Porter to support a brand-new team. You will help in the smooth operation of pot and pan washes, manage deliveries for the kitchen, and assist with basic food preparation across the cafe and resort outlets.

The role requires willingness to work daytime shifts, weekends, and some evenings with flexibility across outlets. COSHH and Food Safety training are a plus, and you will undertake required training as part of

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment.
• Strong work ethic with self-motivation.
• Enjoy fast-paced, varied and physical work.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth operation of pot and pan washes.
• Handle crockery to minimise breakages.
• Maintain kitchen fabric to a clean, hygienic standard.
• Complete thorough cleaning of all kitchen areas.
