Job summary

Moness Resort in Aberfeldy is seeking a Kitchen Porter to uphold spotless kitchens, assist chefs, and support back-of-house operations for weddings and events. You will help prepare the Moness Marquee, set up, service, and breakdown for occasions, while maintaining hygiene and safe handling of equipment.

You will lead by example in a tight-knit team, staying calm during busy service and helping ensure dishes and supplies are ready for service from breakfast through dinner.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, sanitary conditions in all food service areas and equipment.
• Wash crockery, glassware, utensils, pots and pans to high standards.
• Assist chefs with food preparation tasks and ensure dish and equipment availability during service.
• Maintain inventory of crockery, glassware and cutlery; report breakages.
• Handle COSHH products safely with training provided.
