The Gleneagles Hotel in Auchterarder is seeking a proactive Kitchen Porter to support our Food and Beverage team, assisting chefs, keeping kitchens spotless and ensuring high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety is desirable.
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchens clean and comply with cleaning schedules.
• Wash crockery, glassware and utensils to high standards.
• Store equipment safely and maintain storage areas.
• Sort and manage recycling materials.
• Support chefs and brigades to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with guests to enhance their stay.
