The Role

The Kitchen Porter will carry out general manual duties within the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef, ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.

Main Duties

• Keep the Bin Room tidy and clean, disinfect daily.
• Use chemicals and disposable items economically; liaise with the Sous Chef for stock needs.
• Perform duties for restaurant and bar courteously without incentives.
• Clean floors safely using appropriate warning signs.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Sous Chef.
