Job summary

The Imperial Hotel in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. You will wash and clean pots, help keep surfaces and storerooms clean, and support our chefs to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

  • Washing and cleaning pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensuring cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Keeping food preparation areas clean, tidy and ready for service.
  • Assisting with receipt and storage of food and equipment deliveries.
  • Maintaining an organised and well-stocked storeroom.
  • Cleaning and sanitising work surfaces, walls, floors and kitchen service areas.
  • Supporting kitchen management in adhering to food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
  • Helping to create a safe, clean, and productive working environment for the entire kitchen team.

The Imperial Hotel is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy and friendly kitchen team. This is a vital role at the heart of our operation, helping to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while supporting our chefs in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Washing and cleaning pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
