Buenos Aires Reigate is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our team. This role involves supporting busy kitchens, cleaning, basic food prep, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic cleaning quickly to maintain high hygiene.
• Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
• Collect and wash pots and pans.
• Clean food preparation areas, equipment, crockery and cutlery.
• Unload deliveries of food and equipment.
• Keep storeroom organised.
• Keep surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
• Be flexible and help other departments at busy times.
• Report maintenance issues to Head Chef/GM immediately.

• Keep the storeroom organised.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
• To be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times if required.
• To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
• To report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef/GM immediately.
