Job summary

The Stafford London is seeking an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team in Mayfair. You will assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of produce, and support daily kitchen operations to uphold quality standards.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will arrive on time, keep kitchen floors and wash areas clean, manage crockery storage, and report any damaged items to supervisors while adhering to Health, Hygiene and Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• To arrive on duty at the correct time in the agreed uniform and with willingness to undertake all required duties.
• Clean all floors into and in the kitchen areas.
• Maintain the clearance of swill bins and dustbins.
• To keep clean and clear pot wash and plate wash areas to Health, Hygiene and Safety regulations.
• To store crockery in correct places and all cooking utensils.
• Daily cleaning tasks to be completed by set schedule.
• To report any damaged items in your area of responsibility to your Head of Department or Supervisor on duty.
• To carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your Supervisors and Management Team

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated individual to be part of our Kitchen Team as a Kitchen Porter at The Stafford London hotel.

We are seeking a someone to work closely with the Kitchen team. to assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of our produce, and to support the Kitchen Team in managing daily operational and qualitative aspects in the kitchen.
