The Landmark London is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our Stewarding Team on a permanent basis. You will contribute to high standards of cleanliness and food safety, supporting a luxury hotel environment and delivering five-star service to our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as kitchen porter in a luxury 5-star hotel or fine dining environment.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week on a shift pattern.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of your area in line with hotel cleaning standards and food safety.
• Support stewarding management on crockery, breakages, chemical distribution and cleaning schedules.
• Ensure daily cleanliness of equipment and F&B areas in line with COSHH and safety policies.
• Assist the department on a rota basis and adapt to hotel policies.

We are currently looking for a passionate Kitchen Porter, to join our Stewarding Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Kitchen Porter, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Take ownership of your area in line with the hotel cleaning standards and food safety.
• To work with the stewarding management team in all matters of crockery & breakages, chemical distribution, waste disposal and cleaning schedules.
• To comply with maintaining food safety by ensuring the cleanliness of all equipment and F&B areas daily.
• To assist the department, you are allocated to work on the day & proactively support as required. To comply with COSHH, health & Safety standards and hotel policies.
• Relevant experience as kitchen porter from a stewarding operation working at scale within a luxury 5 stars hotel or fine dining restaurant.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
