Job summary

The Stafford London, located in the heart of St James’s, is a five‑star luxury hotel known for its timeless elegance and exceptional service. We are seeking a Chef de Partie to take responsibility for the quality of food in their section and uphold the high standards of our award‑winning dining venues, including Michael Caines at The Stafford.

You will work in a world‑class service environment, ensuring timely execution, accurate menu descriptions, and meticulous attention to food presentation

Responsibilities

• Being totally responsible for the quality of food in your section.
• Carrying out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas.
• Maintaining stock rotation when taking in deliveries and using produce.
• Complying with food labelling and temperature controls.
• Having full knowledge of the menu and to be able to give descriptions of all dishes.

The hotel features beautifully appointed rooms and suites, world‑class dining and drinking experiences, including Michael Caines at The Stafford — the Michelin‑starred fine‑dining restaurant by acclaimed chef Michael Caines — and the iconic American Bar, one of London’s most historic cocktail venues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being totally responsible for the quality of food in your section.
• Carrying out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas.

• Complying with food labelling and temperature controls.
