The Stafford London in St James’s is a five‑star luxury hotel renowned for timeless elegance, heritage and exceptional service. You will be totally responsible for the quality of food in your section, ensure timely tasks, and maintain stock rotation while handling deliveries, with full menu knowledge to describe all dishes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being totally responsible for the quality of food in your section.
• Carrying out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas.
