The Stafford London in St James's, a five‑star luxury hotel, invites a kitchen professional to join our team. You’ll be totally responsible for the quality of the food in your section and contribute to the smooth running of the areas.

Responsibilities

• Being totally responsible for the quality of food in your section
• Carrying out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas
• Maintaining stock rotation when taking in deliveries and using produce
• Complying with food labelling and temperature controls
• Having full knowledge of the menu and to be able to give descriptions of all dishes
