Job summary

Thomas Franks is recruiting a Kitchen Porter for our prestigious London location. This is a full-time, permanent role offering 40 hours per week at £14.25 per hour, with free meals on duty and excellent hospitality facilities nearby.

Join a friendly team, assist chefs with prep, maintain high kitchen cleanliness, operate the industrial dishwasher and clean equipment. The role is based in Central London with strong travel access and opportunities for training and progression within our growing

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £ 14.25 per hour

Hours: 40 per week

A fantastic B&I location for a software company offering a cloud-based platform for data analytics and artificial intelligence. This location is based in London. Catering for about 250-300 people and operates Monday to Friday. This is a free issue location offering core feeding of Lunch, Coffee Shop and High end hospitality. With its Central London location, it benefits from great travel access.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our established & friendly team at our prestigious location in London.

Key Skills

• Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great team player
• Be able to help the Chefs with some food prep
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness at all times
• Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment
• Clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems.
• Operate industrial dishwasher

We Are Looking For

• Kitchen Porter experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Can do attitude.
• Organisation Skills.

Knowledge / Competencies

• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
