Labombe by Trivet is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support a wine-forward kitchen team in a high-profile Mayfair setting. You will perform daily kitchen cleaning, assist with basic food prep, and help maintain hygiene standards throughout service.

Responsabilités

• Daily cleaning of all kitchen areas.
• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean during service times and that all walk through areas are kept clear of any obstruction and that floors are kept dry.
• Deep clean the kitchen equipment as required.
• Keep all store areas clean and tidy ensuring floors are swept and mopped.
• Storing of all food deliveries as instructed on a daily basis ensuring that new stock received is rotated with old stock.
• Uphold and maintain kitchen hygiene at all times.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic food preparation, and supporting the wider kitchen team.
