COMO Metropolitan London, a premier hotel in the heart of Mayfair, seeks a Linen/House Porter dedicated to guest excellence. You will support housekeeping, maintain bedrooms and guest areas, and help with linen inventory and supplies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Department with cleaning and maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, apartments and guest areas.
• Collect dirty laundry and replace with clean linen efficiently.
• Deliver items required by guests or housekeeping staff.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Assist Floor Supervisors with linen inventory, supplies and handover records.
• Distribute stores to keep cupboards stocked and tidy.

As a Linen/House Porter, you will play a key role in efficiently supporting the Housekeeping Team in cleaning and maintaining of all bedrooms, bathrooms, apartments, and guests' areas, doing so in accordance with the specific goals, policies and strategies stipulated.

What You Will Do:

• Be an efficient support to the Housekeeping department in cleaning and maintaining the hotel, doing so in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Collect dirty laundry and replace with clean laundry efficiently and effectively.
• To deliver any items required by the guest or housekeeping team.
• Be able to manage a variety of different tasks at the same time.
• Help the Housekeeping Floor Supervisors to maintain accurate records in linen inventory, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, lost and found, and with handover.
• To distribute stores to ensure the cupboards on every floor are stocked and clean/tidy.
