Qualifications

Experience as Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Team Leader.
Strong kitchen knowledge and high standards.

Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.
Manage kitchen schedule and labour targets.
Conduct regular stock checks and cost management.
