• Strong understanding of H&S and applicable legal requirements

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard new team members with inclusive practices
• Lead and develop kitchen team; provide ongoing training and growth opportunities
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Manage kitchen schedules to ensure efficient staffing and labor targets
• Conduct regular stock checks to control costs and meet performance goals
