Job summary

You will be responsible for managing stock, costs, and promotions, while maintaining cleanliness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Bank account in your own name.
• Be able to converse in English and understand the language to complete training and other duties.
• Fixed place of residence within reasonable travelling distance of your place of work.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operation, guiding and coaching the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance and atmosphere.
• Ensure kitchen opening/closing procedures are followed and food is prepared to company standards.
• Achieve food-delivery-time targets and maintain excellent customer engagement.
• Know promotions and new products to share with the team and customers.
• Maintain five-star food hygiene ratings and address customer feedback constructively.
• Manage stock control, wastage, orders and supplier relations to optimise costs.
