Job summary

Haven in the JD Wetherspoons network is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a busy front-of-house team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will be hands-on with performance, coaching, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure smooth daily operations while upholding safety and company standards.

You'll drive service excellence, resolve issues quickly, develop your team, and maintain strong communication with all departments to meet targets and create memorable visits for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Pub/Restaurant management or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
