Job summary

Anchor Inn in Wolverhampton is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen to be proud of and inspire the team to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is of the highest standard.

You’ll manage all kitchen areas, develop a branded menu and drive health and hygiene compliance, delivering memorable guest experiences and maintaining high quality across the board.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in a branded pub/restaurant.
• Proven leadership and ability to inspire a kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Train and inspire your team to consistently deliver high-quality food to be proud of.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction with your team to smash targets.
• Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
