Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef for the Cuckoo, Vintage Inns. You will lead and inspire the kitchen team, manage all areas of the kitchen, and ensure every dish meets high standards to keep guests returning.

You’ll drive targets with your team, oversee food ordering, prep, stock, and ensure compliance with health regulations while delivering consistent, branded menu items.

As Head Chef at the Cuckoo you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
