Mitchells & Butlers' Sun in London is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen built on pride and high standards. You’ll inspire your team, drive consistency, and ensure every dish leaving the pass meets the brand’s quality.

You’ll manage ordering, prep, stock, and health and hygiene, work with a branded menu, and help guests enjoy memorable meals. The role offers progression, staff development, and the chance to contribute to a renowned pub group.

As Head Chef at the Sun you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more
