Job summary

Ship Inn in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen you can be proud of, inspiring your team and ensuring every dish meets the highest standards that keep guests coming back for more.

You will manage all kitchen operations, work with a branded menu, and ensure health and hygiene compliance while driving sales and mentoring your staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to consistently deliver high-quality food to be proud of.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction by guiding the team to smash targets.
• Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee health and hygiene regulations across the kitchen.

As Head Chef at the Ship Inn you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
