Mitchells & Butlers' Ship Inn in Pennington invites you to lead the kitchen as Head Chef, inspiring your team and delivering dishes of the highest standard.

You’ll manage all areas of the kitchen, train staff, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and you may opt into onsite accommodation with 1 bedroom.

As Head Chef at the Ship Inn you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
